For my Organizational Change practicum I worked with teammates Jeremiah Lee, Remo Lanhaus and Adam Hill for client Bellingham Girls Rock camp to research 501c3 Board of Director and bylaw legal requirements. We developed a strategy and communication schedule to update their Board of Directors with a hybrid structure and identified what skill sets each role should have. As part of this I created a Board Skill Matrix that enabled BGRC to asses those skills.
